Job Description

We’re looking for aSeniorManagerto lead the technology component of the organization’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting(SOX/ICFR)program. This role owns planning, oversight, and reporting for IT controls - includingITgeneral controls(ITGCs),application controls(ITACs),andthird‑partyoversight - and partners acrossTechnology,Audit,andRiskfunctions.

The ideal candidate brings deepITSOXexperience, strongwritingandcommunicationskills, and the ability toadviseexecutivesoncomplexcontrolissueswith clarity and precision.
