Opportunity Description
Senior Manager, HR Technology Solutions
This role partners with the VP of HRTS to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of HR technology platforms that support StandardAero's global workforce and business goals. It oversees Talent Acquisition, SOX compliance and other HR systems, ensuring scalable, secure, compliant solutions.
Location: This position can be remote, hybrid, or on site. Winnipeg, MB or near another StandardAero facility is preferred.
Responsibilities
HR Technology Strategy & Governance
- Define and lead aspects of the HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with StandardAero’s business and people strategies related to Talent Acquisition, audits and compliance, the HRTS Service Desk, and other HR solutions.
