Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company with a core focus on Mining and Energy. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Human Resources professional with at least 20 years' experience with a mining industry for the job of Senior Manager Human Resources. The job is based in Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the HR Director
  • Deploys and implements the HR Strategy and prioritize HR projects, in line with the business, corporate and HR strategy
  • Drives the HR Operating Model in the compnay, standardization and harmonization of processes and conditions in the Group, including change management, standardization and harmonization of HR practices
  • Responsible for annual HR budget, follow up of actual costs and for taking applicable actions when required from a cost perspective
