About the Role
- Location: Petersburg, VA, US (on-site)
- Lead IT/OT systems staff for automation, infrastructure, security, networking, and compliance in a pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing environment
- Champion cGMP compliance and regulatory requirements (GAMP5, 21CFR11)
- Coach and mentor direct reports and develop a high‑performing cross‑functional IT/OT team
Essential Functions
- Develop strategic direction for IT/OT assets, monitoring advancements in the industry
- Ensure IT/OT systems available, capable, and accessible to meet production requirements
- Build and develop a strong, high‑performing cross‑functional team
- Manage departmental training, development, coaching, performance, and recruitment
