Opportunity Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Develop high-quality content on pharmaceutical selling skills and soft skills.
. Deliver highly engaging, activity-based training sessions.
. Conduct field visits & one-on-one coaching, to assess training implementation and effectiveness.
. Supervise and support training managers, to ensure alignment with training objectives and overall team performance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
. Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
. Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or relevant industry.
SKILLS:
. Excellent communication and engaging presentation skills.
. Strong team leadership and people management skills.
. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution
