THE ROLE

Backed by private equity and family office investors, PYREG is entering its next phase of international growth. As demand for high-quality biochar and Biochar Carbon Removal (BCR) credits continues to accelerate, we are building the team that will drive our next chapter.

We are looking for a (Senior) Manager – Biochar Project Development to join our Sales team, reporting to the Head of Biochar Project Development Services.

This Swiss Army knife role balances technical advisory with rigorous project coordination. You will guide prospects through early site development and business cases, then serve as the primary coordinator and contracting lead from signature through to commissioning. You will advise clients, coordinate internally, protect PYREG's commercial interests, and help ensure that every project we take on is set up for long-term success.
