Position : Senior Manager, Dubbing Coordination
Reports to: Sr. Director, Localization Operations
About the role
As the Senior Manager, Dubbing Coordination, you will be responsible for leading a team of Dubbing Coordinators, Leads, and Managers and overseeing all aspects of dubbing projects with both Deluxe-owned and external dubbing studios. Your role will involve managing personnel and day-to-day operations of the Dubbing Coordination team, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering collaboration and communication within the team and with internal and external partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Dubbing Coordinators, Leads, and Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
