Job Title: Senior Manager / Lead – OT / ICS Cybersecurity
Location: Riyadh
Key Responsibilities:
Lead OT/ICS cybersecurity assessments, design, and implementation projectsEngage with clients and support pre-sales, bidding, and solution estimationDesign security architectures aligned with IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NERC CIP, and KSA ECC/OTCCManage end-to-end project delivery with P&L responsibilityAct as a trusted advisor to clients, government bodies, and internal stakeholdersMentor teams and support cybersecurity transformation programsRequirements:
10–18 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity (power sector preferred)Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, EMS, PLCs, and industrial protocolsExperience with OT security standards and regulatory complianceCertifications such as GICSP, CISSP, IEC 62443, CCNA/CCNP are a plus
