Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights

Pfizer is seeking a Manager, Performance Analytics and Insights in Mexico City. This role will develop in-house datasets and support the standardization of analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data science and analytics, with a focus on creating actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with global teams, ensuring a data-driven approach to inform strategic business decisions. A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline and extensive experience in SQL and Python is required.
