Role Overview We are looking for a growth-driven, digitally native leader to drive end-to-end performance marketing and digital growth for Ed-a-Mamma. This role goes beyond media buying—it requires someone who can blend data, creativity, AI tools, and consumer understanding to build a high-performance, full-funnel ecosystem across D2C and marketplaces. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing & Growth Lead and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms Own budget allocation, CAC, ROAS, and LTV optimization Build and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion → retention) Drive continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages Identify growth opportunities across new channels and formats 2.
