Senior Manager Procurement Contracts

Key Responsibilities Manage complete contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and termination Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including service agreements, amendments, and work orders Collaborate with legal, risk, tax, and business teams for contract alignment Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks in procurement agreements Ensure compliance with internal policies, client standards, and regulatory requirements Maintain centralized contract management systems and ensure data accuracy Support project teams with contract execution and approval processes Conduct training sessions on contract management best practices Monitor key contract performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership Improve contract management processes and operational efficiency Support facility management and design/construction contract governance Ensure timely execution of contracts in fast-paced business environments
