Senior Manager, SG Hub Product Team

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive SG Hub product roadmaps, including prioritisation, scope definition, and alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Assess product readiness by reviewing data limitations, deployment risks, and release dependencies before business-facing communications or rollouts.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Product team and Business units to manage expectations on system capabilities, timelines, and operational constraints.
• Serve as a key interface with external partners, facilitating discussions on scope, commercials, delivery timelines, and interdependencies.
• Collaborate with program management, operations, and technology teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned with hub-level operational requirements.
