Drive leadership, talent and organizational development, succession and performance management implement all leadership and talent development programs, and support business transformation talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Japan HR Head to implement, or build where required, talent and leadership development strategy / concepts aligned to the needs of the market and/or business transformation talent needs.Act as Market SPOC for Global talent team in regard to all Talent related topicsPartner closely with HRBPs to support consistent execution excellence of all talent programs in all locations.
