Senior / Manager, Technical Services, Group Property Management

The Role This position will be responsible to provide technical support, solutioning, industry knowledge for tasks assigned in the technical services section within Group Property Management (GPM). Position will also be required to provide support to the portfolio Property Management teams to review technical issues, defects, replacement and conversion works across Mapletree Group’s asset portfolio and ensure compliance to building safety requirements and standards.
