Senior Manager, Transaction Services

Your Opportunity

Our Montreal office is looking for a Senior Manager, Transaction Services to join our Transaction Services advisory team and own the following responsibilities:

• Lead financial due diligence engagements aimed at supporting private equity funds and corporates with their investment and divestiture decisions; analyze financial/operational results such as income statements, cash flow, working capital, capex, and net debt and conduct interviews with management to generate meaningful insights to support clients’ investment thesis and identify key deal risks and opportunities
• Lead the preparation and review of deal-focused reports and presentations for clients highlighting key findings and the drivers/risks to earnings and cash‑flows
• Identify post‑acquisition action steps to achieve anticipated earnings/cash‑flow improvements and evaluate effects of seasonality on cash‑flow requirements; perform industry and company research
