Senior Manager, Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution & Program Delivery

  Translate strategic transformation priorities into actionable and trackable initiatives. Lead end-to-end program execution including planning, structuring, and delivering transformation initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and subsidiaries. Support the Head of Transformation in formulating and executing value‑creation strategies aimed at revenue growth, operational excellence, and increased profitability.

• Transformation Project Management

  Manage the overall transformation portfolio and coordinate with initiative owners to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Conduct regular project health checks, risk assessments, and progress reviews with workstream leads and initiative owners. Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively resolve or escalated issues to senior leadership.
