Conduct research on the needs of Mainland China HNW clients across insurance, tax, succession, immigration, education, healthcare, and lifestyle planning.Assess the current client value proposition, identify gaps, and develop proposition materials, client stories, and case libraries.Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to build a strong HNW knowledge base.Build and manage the non-insurance partner ecosystem across tax, legal, trust, family office, wealth, and lifestyle services.Oversee the full partnership lifecycle, including identification, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and governance.Develop practical tools for channels and case managers, such as playbooks, training materials, client scenarios, and partner directories.Gather channel feedback and translate insights into proposition refinement and partner development.Act as a bridge between interna...
