Senior Marketing Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning – develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with Cyberzone's business objectives, brand positioning, and revenue targets; drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across all digital touchpoints; identify audience segments, consumer behavior trends, and emerging digital opportunities within the tech, gaming, mobile, and lifestyle categories; lead data-driven campaign planning and optimization to strengthen Cyberzone's leadership as the ultimate tech destination.
• Campaign Management & Execution – lead end to end execution of multi-channel digital campaigns across: social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, influencer/KOL marketing, email marketing, display advertising, CRM & retargeting, monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
