Opportunity Description

**Introduction**
Serve as a subject matter expert in content operations and creative production. Advise clients on how their content and creative workflows function today, identify gaps, redesign operating models, and introduce AI/GenAI to improve efficiency, scale, and performance. This role bridges strategy, operations, and creative enablement—not hands-on production.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments of client content and creative ecosystems: team structure, workflows, briefing process, approvals, tooling, vendors, and governance.
* Diagnose bottlenecks across content lifecycle: ideation → creation → QA → activation → measurement → reuse.
* Design future-state content operating models, including RACI, workflow redesign, creative governance, and cross-functional engagement.
* Advise clients on GenAI use cases (brief generation, concepting, versioning, modular content, tagging, QA, content ops automation).
