Areas Of Responsibilities

Quality Control

• Comply with the Company's quality management procedures
• Supervise and co-ordinate all materials testing activities.
• Assess laboratory test results.
• Visual assessment of construction process.
• Visual inspection of completed elements
• Ensure the correct use of materials
• Provide reliable test results to ARE's.

Contractor liaison

• Maintain good relations with all stakeholders.
• Liaise with the Contractor with regards to the construction process, e.g. compaction problems .
• Comment on and make recommendations with regards to mix designs
• Evaluate and report on mix designs

Reporting

• Maintain an effective up to date site diary .
• Compile monthly reports
• Reporting of results and final assessment of completed work
