Senior Media Planner

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, obtaining timely feedback to ensure client satisfaction and address any major issues. Respond promptly and appropriately to client requests. Update clients on new packages, competitive alerts, media opportunities and follow through on campaigns. Communicate special client requests to the team.
• Develop and nurture relationships with business partners such as creative and media owners to secure up-to-date information (formats, guidelines, packages, deadlines). Ensure clear documentation of all communications and obtain supervisor approval for terms and conditions in media owner contracts.
• Apply planning and booking system functions (both syndicated and proprietary) to complete transactions and placements. Generate reports by medium, pre‑and post‑buy, and proprietary. Use agency planning approach.
