Senior MEP QS: Cost Control & Value Engineering

SPECTRUM CUBE TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C is seeking a qualified MEP Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed cost estimates and conduct value engineering for large-scale projects in Dubai. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with relevant professional certifications.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in MEP quantity surveying within the construction industry. Preference will be given to North Indian candidates.
