Senior NAND Cell Device Engineer

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd is looking for a NAND Cell Device Senior/Principal Engineer to join their Singapore Device Technology Development group. The role involves electrical characterization of 3D NAND memory cells and developing device solutions for next-gen memory technologies.

Ideal candidates will possess an M.S. or Ph.D. in relevant fields, a strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
