Senior NAND Cell Engineer - Device Innovation

Micron Technology is seeking a NAND Cell Device Senior/Principal Engineer in Singapore to characterize NAND memory cells and develop innovative device solutions for next-generation non-volatile memory technologies.

The ideal candidate will hold an M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possess a strong foundation in semiconductor device physics, and be able to analyze data effectively in a collaborative environment.

This role will involve collaboration with various teams to enhance device performance and reliability.
