Job Purpose
For Central NPI: Develop, design and evaluate NPI programs, processes, procedures and tools for Corrective Action Program (CAP), Investigation, Causal Analysis, Trending, Human Performance (HU), Self-Assessment (SA), Benchmarking (BM), Operating Experience (OE), Nuclear Safety Culture (NSC), Knowledge Management (KM), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics, and communication and engagement.
