Senior Occupational Therapist

• Perform the initial functional restoration assessment.
• Design and implements treatment plans and procedures
• Establishes rapport and develops therapeutic relationships with registrants/residents.
• Propose innovative strategies and techniques to improve the occupational therapy service.
• Conduct patient’s feedbacks to evaluate therapist’s attitude towards their treatment approach and customer satisfaction.
• Execute treatment programs in areas of motor function, facilitation techniques, & self-care skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• B.S. Occupational Therapy with 5-6 years as Occupational Therapist.
• Good written and communication skills
• Need to have proficient use of software systems for the maintenance of patient records
