Senior OMA Contracts Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Ocean Winds is expanding its operational footprint and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the oversight and delivery of long-term Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts across its OW portfolio. This role will ensure commercial excellence, contractual compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Act as the principal point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters related to O&M agreements. • Ensure Ocean Winds meets its obligations under existing O&M contracts, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance. • Proactively manage risk, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Lead the preparation and management of budgets, service proposals, and contract variations, with regular reporting on commercial performance and KPIs. • Champion continuous improvement init...
