Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems including nonconforming material management (MRB), internal audits, and quality event handling using structured problem‑solving tools (8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Cause Map).

Analyze and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to monitor fab quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities.

Manage nonconforming material and outgoing quality by executing lot disposition per Visual SOP, updating MRB tool with clear instructions, raising timely Quality Alerts, and communicating with external parties to ensure corrective and preventive actions.

Lead MRB meetings to conduct in-depth risk assessments, identify impacted lots, and drive sustainable corrective/preventive actions.

Support customer, certification, and internal audit activities through preparation, on‑site support, follow‑up, and closure of audit actions.
