Opportunity Description
The Senior Operations Manager will be supporting mid-shift operations (12pm-8pm).
This role is primarily aligned to a 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM schedule; however, we offer flexibility with start times (e.g., 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) to support both business needs and individual preferences.
PURPOSE
The Senior Operations Manager is a key leader within the adidas North American Supply Chain organization, responsible for managing operations for our ecommerce and retail Distribution Center. This role ensures productivity and service level targets are achieved while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
