Required Skills: Strong experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) Hands-on experience in: Configuration and customization Business rules and workflows Customer Portal and Agent interfaces Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) Solid understanding of CRM and customer service processes Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or automation tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle CX Suite or other CRM platforms Prior experience in onsite client environments Familiarity with integration tools or middleware Oracle Service Cloud certification (plus) redwood
