A well-established law firm in San Jose is seeking a Senior Paralegal with family law experience to support a busy practice. This Senior Paralegal role is fully on-site and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage cases independently and work closely with attorneys and clients.


Responsibilities

+ Manage family law cases from intake through resolution

+ Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and declarations

+ File documents in California courts (including e-filing)

+ Coordinate calendars, hearings, mediations, and deadlines

+ Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document collection

+ Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation

+ Handle financial disclosures and organize supporting documentation

+ Review and summarize discovery responses
