Key Responsibilities
Senior Underwriting & Portfolio Ownership
- Underwrite and structure complex parametric insurance solutions covering natural catastrophe, weather, energy and agricultural risks .
- Set underwriting terms including pricing, limits, triggers, wordings and coverage structures , aligned with AXA Climate’s risk appetite and underwriting guidelines.
- Act as underwriting owner for key and complex accounts , ensuring disciplined risk selection and sustainable profitability.
- Manage and optimise the underwriting portfolio to deliver profitable growth in line with annual business plans.
- Support facultative reinsurance (FAC) placement and structuring in collaboration with the Reinsurance Domain Lead.
