Senior People Business Partner

Huda Beauty is looking for a collaborative and proactive Senior People Business Partner for our Dubai office. This role will support strategic P&C initiatives and work very closely with global leadership across the organization. You will oversee various P&C tasks related to employee relations, talent management, compliance, HRIS administration, recruitment, and office administration.

• Manage employee relations issues, providing advice and guidance on P&C policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate communication between employees and management.
• Oversee talent management processes, including onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensure the attraction, development, and retention of top talent in the UAE.
