Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll partner with regional APAC leaders to co‑create and execute talent and business strategies. You will be a strategic advisor, leading on organizational design, talent planning, and complex employee matters. This is a high‑impact, regional role focused on scaling teams, guiding change, enabling performance, and evolving HR processes to support our scale.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies to business objectives and helping leaders scale teams effectively.

Partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.

Provide senior‑level guidance on organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
