Senior Performance Marketing Lead — Remote Growth

Ersilia is seeking a Senior performance marketer to own paid acquisition channels end-to-end and drive growth in Barcelona. This role requires 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing and a proven record in managing substantial paid media budgets.

You will launch innovative campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize strategies across various platforms including Meta and TikTok. This is a fully remote position, allowing flexibility within a +-4 hour time zone difference in the CET region.
