Senior Performance & Strategy Lead

We're partnering with one of Australia's largest banks who are seeking a Senior Performance Lead.

You will be responsible for driving performance, planning and execution excellence within a complex, cross-functional environment. The role acts as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring strategy is translated into measurable outcomes through strong governance, insight and delivery oversight.

This is a hybrid role spanning performance management, strategic advisory, financial and workforce oversight and execution enablement.
