Master programme review/preparation and approval.

Preparation of recovery /target / T&C Programmes.

Material/drawing/method statement log preparation.

Progress monitoring/updates/earned value assessment for manpower.

Resource and cost loading and forecasts.

Preparation/review of weekly & monthly reports to Vice President.

Maintain EOT logs.

Delay identification notices particulars and correspondences.

Delays analysis and mitigation measures.

Progress meetings. Look ahead programme.

Liaise with Project Manager/Construction Manager for the smooth functioning.

Support CTC preparation in coordination with Managing QS/QS/PM/CM.

Progress review & commercial review in coordination with Managing QS/QS/PM/CM.

Team building and training.

Any other additional works as directed by Vice President.
