Job Description

Senior Planning Engineer responsible for supporting project controls by reviewing, monitoring, and validating construction schedules to ensure alignment with approved baseline programs and key project milestones. The role involves evaluating contractor progress, manpower allocation, recovery plans, and time‑impact claims while conducting regular site visits to verify schedule compliance and identify potential delays. Working closely with the Controls Manager and Construction Manager, the position contributes to progress reporting, schedule risk mitigation, and executive project updates. The role also supports schedule‑related assessments of design changes, commissioning plans, and project close‑out documentation to ensure effective delivery of residential and mid‑rise construction projects within a PMC/consultancy environment.
