Senior Planning Officer

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based on the South Coast in the search for a Senior Planning Officer to join their Town Planning Development Management team. This will be on a long term basis with prospects of an 18 month duration. This position is being offered on a part time basis with office presence on a weekly basis (Preferable).

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Officer to deal with a caseload of applications around the region of 10 dwellings, and discharge of conditions for larger schemes.

Our client is looking for someone to start almost immediately, so if you are interested in going forward for the role then please don't hold back. Weekly office presence is required.

Carrington West Pay Rate - £40per/hour (Subject to experience)
