At Rivian, we are looking for a seasoned professional to enhance our Internal Developer Platform (IDP). This role requires a passion for developer experience, build and release engineering, and robust platform tools. Your mission will be to facilitate continuous integration and deployment while reducing cognitive load for our engineer teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain self-service developer tooling and platforms
• Improve local development environments and feedback loops
• Design scalable CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
• Standardize release lifecycle processes and cadences
• Monitor platform performance and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• 4–6 years in Platform Engineering or DevOps
