Opportunity Description
- Seeking a seasoned Technology Program Manager with 15+ years of experience driving large-scale Banking, Digital Payments, and Transformation programs across APAC, with strong exposure to Global Payment Systems and regulatory environments.
- The role requires deep expertise in end-to-end Program & Project Management, Cloud Migration (OCI/AWS), Infrastructure Modernization, and Database Architecture (Oracle RAC, Exadata, GoldenGate, NoSQL, Big Data) within mission-critical 24x7 ecosystems.
- Candidate must demonstrate hands-on leadership in vendor governance, migration strategy (On-Prem to Cloud), high-availability/DR architecture, and cross-border payment integrations across wholesale and retail banking channels.
