Senior Principal Consultant, Workday Integrations (Global Delivery Center)

About the Role

As a Workday Integration Senior Principal Consultant, you will work with both business and technical teams. You will provide support to Implementation projects, Continuous Value Services (CVS), and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across different regions. This resource typically reports to a Manager level position within the Delivery organization.

This role is remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.
• Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.
• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs following Cognizant Workday Practice (CWP) Methodology.
• Facilitate design workshops with clients for CVS and Implementation projects.
