We are the change agents that set benchmarking practices, share them across projects & units, arrive at new models of excellence, and institutionalize them across!
Skill Sets: Project level quality planning, Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like ITIL, ISO9K, ISO 20k, Six Sigma, PCMM, Metrics, Software engineering and basics of project management, Focus on Productivity improvement levers like Tools, Automation and Reuse etc. IT / Industry Project Management, Quality Models, Software Engineering (and other Engineering fundamentals for non-IT units of Infosys), Quantitative and Statistical Analysis techniques.
