Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of engineering projects, including planning, modeling, and testing phases.Perform advanced technical analysis and calculations to support project design and decision-making.Oversee project execution, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines.Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
