Senior Process Engineer

Overview

Responsible for all Materials and Process development activities to support EHS, Quality and Cost improvement opportunities. Responsible for management of latex compounding, process chemical and oversee waste management and disposal to comply with DOE requirements and standard. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures, and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and implement the BD Excellence workflow.
• Manages and supervises the Compounding and Catheter Offline Dipping Equipment (CODE) operations.
• Continue EHS improvement initiatives to reduce EHS risks of processes.
