Senior Process Engineer

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be the technical lead for all process aspects involved in the creation of new parts within our Rubber Division. Your mission is to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness in production while maintaining accountability for yields and comparing planned vs. actual outcomes. You will serve as a key figure in driving precision, accuracy, and rigorous adherence to quality standards through meticulous work instructions and problem-solving initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze production yields specifically for the rubber Division on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Liaise with the QA team to monitor daily rejection rates and implement corrective actions for online defects.
• Identify discrepancies by tracking actual vs. planned cycle times and implementing measures to enhance accuracy.
