Senior Process Technician - Semiconductor Manufacturing

Soitec is looking for a Process Technician in Singapore to provide first-line process support to Production Line Operations. The ideal candidate will run manufacturing shifts and execute defined actions for Out of Control (OOC) or Out of Specifications (OOS) events.

Responsibilities include re-qualifying tools, executing action plans, and preparing reports. Candidates should possess a Diploma in engineering and have experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with knowledge of processes like Diffusion and CVD being advantageous.
