Senior Procurement Engineer (Subcontract Packages)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQ packages for subcontract works across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes.
• Assess technical and commercial submissions in coordination with Engineering and Contracts teams.
• Manage clarifications, coordinate revisions, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Support subcontract negotiation, finalization, and documentation processes.
• Monitor procurement schedules and package progress in line with overall project timelines.
• Maintain structured records, reports, and communication logs for audit and internal tracking.
• Engage with market suppliers to ensure capability, compliance, and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
