Position Overview
HCL Technologies Ltd (HCLTech) is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement – Business Services to lead the procurement strategy and operations for business services across the Americas region. This role will be based out of India and is responsible for managing cross-border categories throughout the Americas, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Head of Category Management for the Americas region and will play a key leadership role in driving value, efficiency, and innovation within the procurement function.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Business Services Professional Services procurement team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure high levels of engagement and results.
