Implementing and uplifting controls to effectively address the risks Wise is exposed to in APAC:

• By understanding both the Wise product deeply enough and local regulatory expectations, support Product and other first-line teams to identify controls they have
  in place, the risk(s) the controls are mitigating, and how to document the controls within
  the Wise Group Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) tool;
• Working with Product and other first-line teams to identify and/or remediate any gaps
  in control design, with a focus on gaps in meeting various regulatory obligations across
  the APAC region. This includes ensuring that any new controls are implemented
  consistently prior to launch;
• Working with control owners to uplift existing controls, to ensure documentation
  accurately reflects control design, and controls effectively address the risk(s) they
  intend to mitigate; and
